Jeremy Puglisi

Jeremy Puglisi is an English and film teacher and past winner of his school’s Teacher of the Year award. He is also cohost of the The RV Atlas podcast, and coauthor of Idiot’s Guides: RV Vacations and the forthcoming See You At the Campground: A Guide to Discovering Community, Connection, and a Happier Family in the Great Outdoors. He has appeared on television more than fifty times as a spokesman for the RV industry and for Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s, where he proudly serves as a Pro Staff member. He loves nothing more than RVing with his wife and three sons, and he is always ready to hitch up and head out for the next adventure.

There are a ton of options out there when it comes to choosing your first (or next!) RV. We'll help you sort through all of choices, from lightweight tent trailers to Class A motorhomes. We'll give you a general overview of each RV class and talk about the general features of each type. 

 

 

1:00 PM - A Year in the Life of RV Maintenance: Basic Yearly Maintenance Tasks that will extend the Life of your Rig

 

An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure, right? In this seminar, we'll talk about all the easy things you should do from the time you open up your camper in the spring to when you close it up for the winter. Regular maintenance will help keep your RV in top top shape and ready for adventure!

So, you finally bought your dream RV and you are ready to head out on a bucket list cross country trip, right?  Well, not so fast!  It is important to tap the brakes and schedule a ‘shakedown’ trip, where you get to know your rig and set yourself up for success on future RV adventures. In this seminar, we will share our top tips for avoiding RV newbie mistakes and actually enjoying your first RV trip.

Are you confused about the differences between a black tank and a grey tank?  Does your head spin when folks start talking about boondocking, dry camping, pull thrus and full hook ups?  There is a whole new vocabulary that comes along with RVing and camping.  We will get you up to speed and crack the vocab code in this seminar for RV newbies.

There are thousands of campgrounds in the United States, and they range from rustic retreats to upscale resorts. There's something for everyone, but you have to know your own camping style and how to find places that you'll love. We'll give you tips for booking campgrounds that will unleash your camp mojo.
